HIGH DENSITY DECK BUILDS
This DEVELOPER required a solution that allowed his estimator to quickly plan, cost and order a large number of terrace subfloors that could be prefabricated to the exact dimensions of a variety of areas.
Our online trade planner made this simple. The pre-assembled frames and adjustable support feet (cordless drill compatible) were delivered to site in job lots ready to install.

No messy cutting, packers or glue and a solution far superior to traditional means that installed fast across an area that had a 4-way cross fall to a central drain over waterproofing membrane.

BUILDING OVER EXISTING SURFACES
This TRADESMAN had a number of challenges the worst of which was poor access and the costly task of demolishing the existing concrete terrace.
Our Goodtimes Modular Subfloor made the job easy and his kits arrived on pallets ready to assemble.
A range of different length Goodtimes supports were used which enabled the new deck to be constructed across the top of the existing terrace and over the natural ground surrounding this.
Tradesman cut back and altered the last row of frames to suit and then set about laying long length decking over the top.

MULTI-UNIT DEVELOPMENT
This BUILDER required a solution that would not undermine the 1st floor waterproofing and could be installed in a fraction of the time.
Our Goodtimes prefab, made to measure subfloors were manufactured with a 20mm tolerance for “out of square walls” and provided double joists for easier deck laying.
Fully galvanised steel and H3 treated pine components provided an extremely durable and Building Code compliant outcome.

LARGE COMMERCIAL PROJECT
This COUNCIL ENGINEER required a solution that could be easily installed over the top of an existing concrete carpark surface.
Over 320 square meters were installed in total.
90m2 of frames & supports were installed beneath compressed fibre cement sheet and wet pour playground soft fall
230m2 of frames, supports and prefab (hidden fixing) Ekodeck+ deck panels laid in a parquetry pattern
This subfloor was designed in conjunction with the Council Engineer for a 1.8kN point load, suitable for this type of public open space.
